Toyota Prius became the best-selling car in Japan in  2010. Based on data from the Japan Automobile Dealers Association (Japan  Automobile Dealers Association), citing the Nikkei, successfully  defended his best-selling Prius two years in a row. Prius sales last  year grew by assisted by government incentives, tax reductions for such a  direct tax cut based on environmentally friendly vehicles.
ccording to the Environmental Protection Agency, Toyota Prius  gasoline-powered engine and electric motor rated as the most  fuel-efficient cars in the U.S.. However, this car is reportedly  experiencing shortages of spare parts at some Toyota dealerships by the  earthquake and tsunami in Japan last month. Production, supply and  transportation also experienced a problem that caused the disaster.
